More than 30 people seriously injured in fire at residential building in the Bronx, New York Massive fire in a Bronx building leaves numerous people seriously injured. People were seen “jumping from windows” from a scene of a 5-alarm fire. At least 31 people were critically injured in a raging Bronx apartment building fire Sunday. Several of the victims are children, FDNY sources say. Approximately 200 FDNY members are operating on scene of a 5-alarm fire at 333 East 181 Street in the Bronx. There are currently 19 serious injuries to civilians.
