Massive Fire breaks out in 20-story building in Mumbai, India In a shocking incident in Mumbai today, a 20 storey residential building has been on fire. Many have been dead and several people are injured.  At least seven dead, 15 others people were injured in a fire that broke out around 7 am on the 18th floor of Kamla building opposite Gandhi Hospital at Gowalia Tank in Mumbai's Tardeo area.  More deaths and injuries are not likely to follow as rescueoperation is concluded

At least 3 killed and 7 injured as building collapses in Govandi area of Mumbai At least 3 killed and 7 injured as building collapses in Govandi area of Mumbai Several dead after a ground plus one storey structure at Shivaji Nagar in Govandi collapsed on Friday morning at 4.58 am. Officials said that a total of 10 people were injured off which seven were sent to Rajawadi hospital and three to Sion hospital. Out of the seven sent to Rajawadi hospital Neha Shaikh,35, and Mokar Shaikh,80 were declared brought dead.  Another injured identified as Shamshad Shaikh is in a critical condition. The health condition of the remaining injured is stable condition.

Multiple people killed after a wall collapse in Chembur, Mumbai Multiple people killed, 8 personas feared trapped and about 5 houses affected after a wall collapse on some shanties in Chembur's Bharat Nagar area due to a landslide, says National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Mumbai local train services suspended. At least 15 people were reportedly killed due to a wall collapse in Chembur Mumbai due to landslide triggered by heavy rainfall. 13 persons were reportedly rescued.  Several people transported to a hospital. Unknown how many are still trapped, let alone even alive.This is a scary scene. Witnesses say they heard trapped individuals screaming for their life from under the rubble Correction Fire units, including the technical rescue team, are responding to the emergency. Reports say people trapped. Heavy rais caused the collapse or if anyone was hurt.  Rescue operations are underway.

A full emergency was declared for a non-scheduled Beechcraft VT-JIL aircraft on route from Nagpur to Mumbai. The flight carrying 02 crew member, 01 patient, 01 relative and 01 doctor did a belly-landing at Mumbai Airport. All passengers were evacuated safely.
