At least 3 killed and 7 injured as building collapses in Govandi area of Mumbai

Several dead after a ground plus one storey structure at Shivaji Nagar in Govandi collapsed on Friday morning at 4.58 am.

Officials said that a total of 10 people were injured off which seven were sent to Rajawadi hospital and three to Sion hospital.

Out of the seven sent to Rajawadi hospital Neha Shaikh,35, and Mokar Shaikh,80 were declared brought dead. 

Another injured identified as Shamshad Shaikh is in a critical condition. The health condition of the remaining injured is stable condition.
