Indonesian searchers have recovered debris believed to be from submarine KRI Nanggala 402 that was reported missing on Wednesday in waters off Bali, said the military chief. The deadline for running out of oxygen reserves for the submarine was early this morning. 

Communication with the boat was lost four days back, the crew did not get in touch after practicing training tasks in the area of Bali.the Submarine most probably imploded which lead to the death of the crew.

Indonesia's military says a navy submarine is missing near the resort island of Bali with 53 people on board. Military chief Hadi Tjahjanto says the KRI Nanggala 402 was participating in a training exercise when it missed a scheduled reporting call.

The German-made submarine, KRI Nanggala-402, was conducting a torpedo drill in waters north of the island of Bali on Wednesday but failed to relay the results as expected, a navy spokesman said.
