A small plane has crashed in Scioto County, Ohio. According to reports, there are no survivors.Police are investigating a plane crash in Scioto County. . 

 Crews are on scene of a plane crash in Scioto County. 4 seater private plane, found NW of Portsmouth on Sheep Ranch Hollow. First responders tell me there were no survivors.No information on how many were on board. investigating will help of local agencies.
