A Victorian man has tested positive to COVID-19, breaking the state’s long run of zero local cases. The exposure sites are being verified officials have confirmed a Victorian man in his 30s has tested positive to COVID-19. The man who has tested positive is now isolating at home.

A full emergency was declared for a non-scheduled Beechcraft VT-JIL aircraft on route from Nagpur to Mumbai.
