Several injured after firetruck rams into downtown Philadelphia building



A Philadelphia fire truck drives into a four-story building this afternoon after colliding with another vehicle. 

Several injured after firetruck rams into downtown Philadelphia building EMS personnel are attending to 5 patients after a firetruck responding to a house fire crashed into an apartment building.

Structural damage has made the building unsafe. Four PFD members on Engine 29 were involved in a crash this afternoon while responding to a call near Front amd Dauphin. All four firefighters and a civilian who was in a vehicle received EMS care and were transported to hospitals.

No injuries were reported from inside the building. The accident is under investigation by PhillyPolice will evaluate the structural integrity of the building.
