Actor John Cena apologises for describing Taiwan as a country after his comments triggered backlash in China 


John Cena, who stars in the latest installment in the “Fast and Furious” movie franchise, apologized in Mandarin to fans in China on Tuesday after he referred to Taiwan as a country in an interview. 

 WWE superstar John Cena bows to China for referring to Taiwan as a country he said "I made one mistake. I have to say something very, very, very important now. I love and respect China and Chinese people. I’m very, very sorry about my mistake."

John Cena apologized to China for calling Taiwan a country during promotion for his latest movie. News flash, Taiwan is a country. This groveling apology is pathetic.
