Arizona police shoot a suspect who struck 6 bicyclists with Truck

Mass Casualty Incident declared in Arizona after truck ‘deliberately’ rams into a bike race Police personnel on scene confirm there are numerous critical injuries after the suspect rammed into the crowd with a truck.The suspect is reportedly down. 

Initial Report of Mass Casualty Incident near Downtown. Use extreme caution in the area. Multiple ground and air resources on scene. U.S. 60 closed in both directions near Central Ave. 

Six people have been critically injured after being run over by a truck in Show Low, Arizona. Police pursued the suspect where the suspect was then shot and is in critical, but stable condition.

First responders are at the scene of a reported "mass casualty" incident in Show Low involving a vehicle and multiple bicyclists, police said.
