Four people were hurt after a pedestrian bridge collapsed Washington DC

A pedestrian bridge collapsed in Northeast Washington DC, blocking I-295 and leaving at least four people with injuries

Pedestrian bridge collapses onto traffic in Washington, DC Fire personnel are on scene searching vehicles trapped underneath the rubble. There are early reports of injuries.

Authorities say four people were hurt after a pedestrian bridge collapsed in Northeast D.C. The incident happened around 12 p.m. near Kenilworth Avenue and Polk Street.
