India reports 50,040 new coronavirus and DeltaPlusVariant cases in last 24 hours



India reports 50,040 new cases in last 24 hours active cases decline to 5,86,403. The country's rate recovery rate rises to 96.75% 

New Delta plus variant found in 13 states. The variants of concern have been found in 174 districts in Several states with highest numbers seen in Maharashtra, Delhi, Punjab, Telangana, Bengal and Gujarat. 

DeltaPlusVariant is a threat which several experts say is more infectious and needs to be addressed with vaccination and safety measures such as wearing face masks.

As per the Union Health Ministry statement India reports 50,040 fresh cases, 57,944 recoveries, and 1,258 deaths in the last 24 hours, till now total Covid cases tali in India rises to 3,02,33,183 ,Total recoveries 2,92,51,029, Death toll rises to 3,95,751 Active cases 5,86,403 

Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare realised statement that More than 31.51 crores 31,51,43,490 vaccine doses have been provided by the Government of India to States so far, through the Government of India free of cost channel and through direct state procurement category.
