Jammu and kashmir on high alert after 2 powerful explosions at IAF technical airport

Powerful explosion heard inside Jammu and kashmir airport’s technical area. It was loud enough to be heard 1 km away.

Bomb Disposal Squad and security forces reached.One terrorist arrested from Narwal area of Jammu and kashmir Five kg IED recovered Investigation underway Police Jammu and kashmir on high alert after 2  powerful explosions at IAF technical airport, 2 injured. 

A team of forensic experts and Bomb Disposal Squad have reached the explosion site. The cause of the blasts is unknown and is being probed. 

Drones used to drop bombs on IAF airport in Jammu and kashmir Two IAF personnel sustained 'very minor' injuries. While no fighters are based at the Jammu technical airport, the base has helicopters like Mi-17 and transport aircraft.

RajnathSingh says he spoke to Vice Air Chief, Air Marshal HS Arora regarding today’s incident at Air Force Station in Jammu. Air Marshal Vikram Singh is reaching Jammu to take stock of the situation
