Several people shot at Juneteenth Parade in Oakland,California

Oakland Police have responded to calls of a shooting at a parade to celebrate the emancipation of enslaved people in the US.4 people are confirmed shot at this time. EMS personnel are on scene.

A shooting during a Juneteenth celebration along Oakland's Lake Merritt left four people with gunshot wounds Saturday evening. One of the four victims has died from their injuries, Oakland police said.

Oakland Police are investigating a shooting, 2200 block of Lakeshore Avenue. 4 victims sustained gunshot wounds. One of the victims was pronounced deceased at the hospital. This investigation is still active. If you have information call OPD (510)238-3821
