Taliban militants have killed ten mine-clearing workers 

At least 10 people were killed and 16 others injured in an armed attack on staff members of a British-American charity in Afghanistan. The group has been clearing land mines in the country for decades. 

In Afghanistan, centers of Jaghato and Band Ab districts in Ghazni, and Dawlat Abad district in Faryab, have fallen to the Taliban in the last 24 hours. seventeen districts have fallen to the Taliban in the last two months.
