Flash Floods due to the heavy rains have caused immense destruction in North Korea


North Korea:-Flash floods due to the heavy rains have caused immense destruction along the country’s east coast.More than a thousand homes were damaged and some 5,000 people have been evacuated after flooding caused by heavy rains in North Korea, the country’s state broadcaster reported, with swathes of farmland also inundated by the deluge.

Ruling party held an emergency meeting to discuss disaster relief, state media reported on Sunday Floods have destroyed over 1,000 homes.Kim Jong Un delivered instructions to party secretaries Did not appear to visit affected areas. 

DPRK leader orders full state support for flood recovery efforts.Supreme leader Kim Jong-un has ordered full state support for recovery efforts in a flood-hit eastern province as convened an emergency meeting of provincial military commission to come up with recovery plans 

Tougher Measures Taken to Prevent Damage from Downpour and Flood Efforts are directed to preventing damage from downpour and flood in the fields of electric power and coal industries.
