Massive explosions has taken place at outside International Airport in Kabul

An explosion has taken place at the eastern gate outside the Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, casualties and fatalities reported

A second explosion went off outside the Kabul airport Thursday, according to Russia’s Foreign Ministry, which said two suicide attacks killed at least 13 and wounded 15 people. U.S. officials confirmed that American personnel were wounded in the blast. 

A Taliban official says 13 people have died including children and many Taliban guards have been injured in bomb blast suicide bombing outside Kabul's airport. 

Explosion targeted the crowd near the Kabul airport have left casualties. Photos from the area show civilians are transporting the victims via trolleys to hospitals. Thousands Afghan citizens have been gathered around the Kabul aairpor

US confirm that the explosion at the Abbey Gate was the result of a complex attack that resulted in a number of US AND civilian casualties. We can also confirm at least one other explosion at or near the Baron Hotel, a short distance from Abbey Gate. 

Pentagon confirms two explosions. The explosion at Abbey Gate was the result of a complex attack that resulted in several US and civilian casualties, John Kirby said. Second explosion was at or near Baron Hotel, Kirby added.
