Halloween party turns deadly in Texarkana, Texas as 1 person has been killed and 9 others injured in a Saturday night shooting

At least 10 people shot at a Halloween party in Texarkana, Texas, one person has died 10 people were shot at a Halloween party in Texarkana last night, police say. A 20-year-old man has died. The shooter has not been arrested. shooting occurred during a Halloween party around 11:00 Saturday, Oct. 30.

Texarkana police say at least 10 people were shot, with one of those victims having critical injuries. Police now say that the victim, a 20-year-old man is dead. the remaining injured were taken to the hospital by both police and medical personnel.
