China orders Xian city residents to stay home in a strict lockdown



China orders Xian city residents to stay home in a strict lockdown to curb Covid-19 outbreak. Xi'an is a northwestern city in China that houses nearly 13 million people. Earlier Xi'an starts testing for millions as Covid case surges. 

The northern Chinese city of Xi'an ordered all 13 million residents to stay home in a strict lockdown Wednesday, while dramatically tightening travel controls to fight a growing Covid-19 outbreak
