Two people were killed and a 10-year-old child was injured after an 45-year-old man, Sergey Glazov opened fire in Ryazansky MFC building in Moscow, Russia. Glazov has been detained. According to reports, Glazov has served in Russian Foreign Intelligence

Suspected shooter detained by police According to the interior ministry, the victims are a woman who worked at the centre and a visitor.

A full emergency was declared for a non-scheduled Beechcraft VT-JIL aircraft on route from Nagpur to Mumbai.
