At least 18 police officers and  military servicemen were killed in clashes in Kazakhstan



Death toll continues to mount in Kazakhstan’s unrest, with several more police officers confirmed killed and ahundreds injured .

Situation in Almaty, Kazakhstan's largest metropolis, spirals out of control. The president imposes a curfew and deploys the military to quell the anti-government protests.  

At least 18 police officers and  military servicemen were killed in clashes in Kazakhstan. Units of the 45th brigade of the SOF of Russian Airborne Forces Kubinka airborne troops from Ivanovo and Ulyanovsk were sent to Kazakhstan as part of the CSTO forces.

Some people in Kazakhstan robbed banks and gave money to poor people. Belarusian Ministry of Defense SOF of 103rd Guards Airborne Brigade left for Kazakhstan as part of CSTO forces.The Kazakh city of Almaty the country's largest remains the flashpoint of the violence 

President Erdohan, as the Term President of the Organization of Turkish States, talked over the phone with the leaders of the member countries of the organization about the developments in Kazakhstan
