India reports 141,986 new coronavirus cases in last 24 hours 


India saw a single-day rise of 1,41,986 new coronavirus cases, raising the tally to 3,53,68,372, which includes 3,071 cases of Omicron variant reported across 27 states and union territories so far.

  • Daily positivity rate: 9.28%
  • Active cases: 4,72,169
  • Total recoveries: 3,44,12,740
  • Death toll: 4,83,463  
  • Total vaccination 150.06 crore doses.

A total of 3,071 Omicron cases were reported in 27 States of India so far. The number of persons recovered is 1,203

Update on COVID-19 Vaccine Availability in States.More than 154.77 Crore vaccine doses provided to States More than 17.88 Crore balance and unutilized vaccine doses still available with States/UTs
