Massive fire at a Chemical plant in the city of Passaic, New Jersey.


Massive fire at a Chemical plant in the city of Passaic, New Jersey.Firefighters work on its extinction.

A 5-Alarm fire forced firefighters to evacuate as Fire spread to every floor of the structure. Incident occurred at 22 Passaic Street in a mill building.

Neighbouring residents were ordered to keep their windows and doors shut while emergency services dealt with the leak.

Chemical support vehicles were dispatched to help with all staff from the chemical plant  safely evacuated.The fire service has confirmed that several people were treated at the scene for chemical inhalation with several taken to hospital.
