The Federation Council allowed Putin to use the army in the Donbass.



Russian Federation Council received an appeal from President Vladimir Putin about the use of the Russian army abroad, according to reports on Tuesday.

Putin asks legislators for permission to use armed forces outside Russia.The situation in Donbass is escalating, we must take the residents under protection. 

Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation The profile committees of the Federation Council recommend giving Putin consent to the use of the Russian Armed Forces in DPR and LPR
