State of Emergency will be introduced throughout Ukraine :Oleksiy Danilov

Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council decides to introduce state of emergency across the country pending Parliament approval Council Secretary 

National Security and Defense Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov says a state of emergency will be introduced throughout Ukraine, except for the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, where a special regime has been in effect since 2014.

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry recommended that Ukrainians refrain from traveling to Russia, and those who are already in the country should leave immediately

Escalating Russian aggression against Ukraine could complicate consular assistance in Russia, the foreign ministry says, urging citizens to refrain from travel to Russia. 

Ukraine began conscription of reservists aged 18 to 60, officers and enlisted personnel will be called up - General Staff of the Armed Forces
