Ukraine Declares a State of National Emergency



Ukraine's security council has approved plans to declare a state of national emergency, in response to the growing threat of a Russian invasion 

National Security and Defense Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov says a state of emergency declare throughout Ukraine, except for the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, where a special regime has been in effect since 2014. 

Local Donetsk media reporting multiple explosions on the outskirts of the Donetsk People's Republic 

There is serious military activity in the Donetsk region. Army troops carrier, tracked howitzer, tanks, support military trucks are inroads. 

The process of moving the residents from Donetsk and Luhansk regions to the territory of the Russian Federation, which has been going on for a few days, has been accelerated.
