Massive Explosion rocks Russian Black Sea Naval Fleet Headquarters in Sevastopol, Crimea. Russian authorities are blocking the roads around the Russian fleet headquarters.

A drone flew to the roof of the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet, the so-called governor of the temporarily occupied Sevastopol said.
