Multiple Law enforcement’s are responding to a reported active shooter at Heights High School as the school is currently on lockdown they are asking the public to avoid the Area. 

Emerging reports of an active shooter at Heights High School in Houston, Texas at this time.SWAT is at the building at this moment.No immediate reports of injuries at this time. 

Houston Police Department is responding to unconfirmed reports of a shooting at a high school at 413 E 13th Street. Houston Police Department is on scene.  

At this time there are no confirmed injuries. Parent staging is at 306 E 15th Street.  Please avoid the area if your presence is not needed. Media staging will be at the corner of Cortlandt and 14th Street.
